Hassan Taha, Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Taha brings a wealth of almost 25 years of financial advisory experience. Mr. Taha was a leading international partner in the financial advisory practice of Price Waterhouse. He worked in the New York, London, Abu-Dhabi, Jeddah, and the Cairo offices of PW during the period from 1984 until 1999. During his tenure with PW, he worked with several leading international institutions including; JP Morgan, Barclays, Citi Group, and Prudential. He then joined a leading local group as Chief Investment Officer and led the team in structuring and executing several local and international deals. In 2005, he formed First Capital and was able to grow the business and develop the First Capital brand to its current standing.

Mohamed Ali, Director
Mr. Ali brings a wealth of almost 25 years banking and corporate finance experience. He worked with prestigious institutions; American Express, CIB, NBAD, and Arab Bank. He was responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing several high profile deals. As a leader of the Corporate banking team at NBAD, his most recent assignment, Mr. Ali was credited for increasing the portfolio of NBAD by LE 3 Billion representing 165% growth while keeping loss ratios significantly below market norms. He won several awards for superior performance during his career. His expertise in corporate finance is of paramount important to First Capital.

Tarek Sami, Director
Mr. Sami started his investment banking career at Capital Partners International in New York as an analyst in the Technology Advisory Group. He was responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing several high profile deals in Silicon Valley during the technology boom of 1999-2000. In 2001, he took a sabbatical leave for one year to travel the world. In 2003, Mr. Sami formed his boutique advisory firm based in New York with a primary focus on high tech companies. In 2004, he started a hedge fund with a seed capital of US$ 60 million. Mr. Sami's international connections with leading institutions has been instrumental to First Capital.
