As a young firm with just three years in existence, we have built a small team of competent and dedicated professionals. We currently have 6 professionals at various levels and 3 support staff. Due to the expansion of our transactions backlog, we intend to add more people to our team.

Adel Abdel-Wahed, Vice President
Mr. Abdel-Wahed graduated from Crown University and earned his MBA in Finance from North Carolina. He started his career with E&Y in the US in the Transaction Services Group focusing on infrastructure projects. Mr. Abdel-Wahed then joined one of the largest family-based groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he was a team leader in the investment team. He was responsible for 3 large acquisition projects in the automotive, retail and food industries.

Omar Yousri, Vice President
Mr. Yousri graduated from Cairo University in 1999 with honors. He then traveled to the US and earned his MBA in Finance from New York University. He joined the internship program at Horizon Capital, LLC in New York and later became a full time employee. He worked as associate in the M&A function with responsibility for the Media sector, where he participated in several middle market M&A transactions.

Christopher Hoffman
Mr. Hoffman is a French national. He works as Chief Investment Officer in his family business in France in the cosmetics industry. Mr. Hoffman was very interested to spend extended time in Egypt. He works with First Capital on specific transactions. He brings over 10 years of corproate finance and investment experience.
